Mona (Dia Mirza) is kidnapped by a lunatic caricature Harry Holkar (Boman Irani) who believes he is the Maharaja of Mumbai and wants to claim back the city. Jolly Maker (Cyrus Brocha), who literally doesn’t live up to his name and is a loser beyond limits, accidentally rescues Mona and becomes a hero. Hero falls in love with heroine. Heroine turns out to be an undercover agent. Heroine is re-kidnapped by the villain. Hero comes to re-rescue heroine in the climax.
